Great product! Great customer service response. And filters shipped in a flat, cardboard box. I am very happy. I have had potentially good filters shipped to me before by other companies, but the filters were folded and shipped in a plastic mailing bag - wth - you should never fold fiberglass!! That made me very unhappy - so I'm very happy with Discount Filters!
