Returning a Product is Easy
- Find your order using the form on this page
- Click the Return link and answer a few questions
- We'll email you a shipping label
- Print it, stick it, ship it back for free
- Receive refund
The Fine Print
- You have 1 year from the date of purchase to request a return. Orders older than 1 year are not eligible for return.
- Returned items should be in the same condition that you received them.
- Items should be returned with the original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that your credit card company may not post the credit to your account for an additional 2-10 business days.
- Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method used for the order. If the original payment method cannot be refunded, a merchandise credit will be offered in its place. We are unable to issue refund checks, or refunds to a different credit card or payment method other than the one used on the original transaction.
- If order to be returned was intended for resale (online arbitrage), customer is responsible for return shipping arrangement and charges.
- NOTE: Custom-Made Filters are Non-Returnable
