Its unfortunate we have to buy a power supply when the lamp burns out.Why aren't the power supplies more liable? This is more of a design issue/manufacturing issue not your responsibility. You always send asap when needed and are very customer oriented. Thank you for that.

Working good. Had 2 year bulb in B4. Lasted over three years! Wonder how much 2 year bulb cost?

These replacement UVC bulbs work well and cost less than the name brand. They install easily with no issues during their projected life.

The lamps came very quickly and very well packaged. Although I have not installed them yet, I tested one of them. It works fine. My existing lamps had still some life left in them, so I did not install the new ones. I expect to do that in next few months.
